Browser cart storage

The current website stores selected service SKUs in your browser's local storage so the cart can persist between pages and visits. This cart stays on your device. FAYON LLC receives the selected service details only if you choose Request Service and send the resulting email.

How we use information

• Review service requests, process accepted orders, deliver services, and provide support.
• Communicate about intake, scheduling, fulfilment, refunds, security, and policy updates.

Payments

This website does not currently collect payment-card details. If online checkout is enabled, payment will be processed by the provider identified at checkout. FAYON LLC may receive transaction details needed to fulfil the order, but we will not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. The provider will process payment information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential browser storage or cookies for cart, security, and site functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or optional cookies are added, this policy will be updated as appropriate. You can control browser storage and cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage can prevent cart features from working.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting, payment, email, accounting, and professional service providers only as needed for them to perform services for FAYON LLC. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages. Send a request with the subject Privacy Request to ai@fayonllc.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

International processing

FAYON LLC is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
